Bad service, robbers

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
 
When I've moved in it was a dirty place, when I've moved out they took huge part of my deposit, for so called cleaning. I'm pretty sure, this is the way, how they doing their money. Also, their service is very poor and their attitude is arrogant. Overall apartments quality is low level.
