The Good Side

Maybe I got lucky or something, but my apartment at 503 E White was spotlessly cleaned and everything furniture and appliance-wise was in good (not great) condition. They give you a walk thru sheet to help check for problems and ours was pretty blank.
Maintenance wise they are OK. We had a leak in our bathroom and had to send two different guys to fix it. The first one was a guy named Daryl who is a really nice dipshit, but the other one we had was very helpful and actually seemed like he knew what he was doing.
The rent here is really inexpensive compared to the other places we checked out and we even have a guy at the building 24/7 if we have a problem. I forgot my keys in Chi-town and he unlocked and locked my door for me.
So maybe I'm the minority, but I think the U.G. isn't a bad company. I guess that might change if they take my security deposit, but I will definately clean behind the fridge so they better not.
