I've rented from University Group for the past two years and have found them to be reasonable in price and fair
in everything I've asked for. My maintenance requests have always been handled promptly and the staff's been helpful.
I locked myself out of my apartment on a weeekend and the owner took my call and resolved the issue while he was out of
town. These aren't luxury apartments, so I don't know what everyone's complaining about on here, but they are clean,
well cared for and I felt like I got a deal. Rent from them.
