I've lived here for almost 2 years, and I haven't had any major problems. The building is a little older and has some issues, but for a 2 bedroom apt within decent walking distance to campus, it's not too bad. I haven't had any trouble with the staff (the few times I've gone in they've been nice) and maintenance usually responds to my requests within a day or two.

Problems to look out for: the only grounded outlets in the apt. are in the kitchen; the hot water heaters are old and don't produce a lot of hot water; the walls are kind of thin so it's normal to hear your neighbor's TV or people walking. The bathroom is oddly shaped and a horrible color, and the hardwood floors and walls are in sad shape. The kitchen appliances are a little outdated, but in good working order.

The apartment does have a lot of space, and the neighborhood is generally quiet and nice. The hardwood floors are a nice touch, and the landlord is pretty open to minor projects. (I got permission to put new linoleum in the kitchen). Also, I have two pets, and the place has several other pets in the other apartments.
