This is one of the BEST properties I have ever seen. When I got there in a taxi, the place looked like it hadn't been maintained since the 70's, and there were several rusted out cars in the yard. As I walked on the sidewalk paved with dead orphans, I noticed the most horrible odors coming from the building. I walked inside, there was no elevator, only an old rotting set of stairs. I wasn't paying attention (I was on my phone) and walked up a flight of stairs too high, but fortunately the stairs conveniently gave in and I arrived at my floor. I didn't need to use my key to open my door, it conveniently showed signs of forced entry. Walking under the crime scene tape, I walked into the bathroom and found a rotting corpse in the bathtub. Management was very courteous though. They quickly removed the body, and were even generous enough to pay me so I wouldn't talk! :)

I called up a few days later to complain the toilet wasn't working, but they just said to use the sink, which I have been using since '98. The building is 99% populated with brothas, so theres always deafening bass pounding on the walls, and cadillacs speeding down the hallway, doing drive by's. I recommend parking your car a few miles away, anywhere closer and they will steal your car. Don't touch any doorknobs either in that place, you will get AIDS. The staff is a little too pushy for my liking too. The manager Gary attacked me and pinned me in the corner of the hallway and beat me up, and tried forcing ---- on me, but I now make an agreement to pay him 3x for rent, and now he leaves me alone, and greets me with a smile and a wave, instead of a clenched fist and an erection.

But other than all that stuff, this place is pretty cool! :-)
