No soundproofing AT ALL between units. If you want a garage good luck, they'll just put you on a list and you'll never hear from them again. Parking can be a nightmare when some units have three or more cars each. Picking up after your dog is not enforced. Basic rent does not include washer or dryer. Borderline section 8 tenants. Staff is very rude and once you complain you're flagged as a troublemaker. I will be moving as soon as my lease is up in December.
