I have mixed feelings about this place. The staff was very helpful & maintenance was great. But my bike was stolen from it's chains outside my building, despite the fact that this is a gated community with a 24 hr security guard. I also had some really unpleasant neighbors--20 different people going in & out (I was never quite sure who lived there), booming rap music, the smell of pot, etc. And occasionally the parking lot near my building became an informal (and annoying) block party.

The apartments were well-maintained (although not especially attractive), but as a grad student needing peace & quiet, I just couldn't handle the type of residents that were creeping in.
