Cheaper and better than on campus

I think the place is very quiet, but it probably depends on where in the complex you live.
I have never been woken up or interrputed by noise of any kind, so I think it's pretty quiet.
Also, maintenance problems have been solved within a day and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
A two bedroom at Westgate is cheaper, cleaner and quieter than sharing a place near campus.
