Westgate is a great deal for what it is. It is one of the least expensive places in Champaign-Urbana and they offer short term leases. You're not living in luxury but if you can handle that then its a find place to live. The neighborhood isn't the best but we've never had any problems. The staff is great. Maintenance has always been very efficient. We had a problem with our window and they replaced it quickly; they always ask if its okay to come in the apt when you're not home. They have monthly pest control that comes in. Parking is very adequate. There are always enough spaces for you and your guests.
Overall, its a great place for people on a budget. Don't be taken back by the neighborhood because the complex is quite safe.
