I visited the property, and I wish I hadn't! The only positives were the friendly staff and the two model apartments that they don't rent out, but use exclusively for showings. Unfortunately, the model apartments are nothing like the the actual apartments, which are extremely outdated and dirty. They have woodpaneling, ancient appliances, very old carpet, tiny windows, and an overpowering musty smell. Some units even have carpeted bathrooms and kitchens, with carpet that appeared easily over 20 years old. There is only one laundry facility for this large community, meaning many residents have to walk a long distance to get there. The neighborhood is run-down and dangerous, far from campus. Look elsewhere!
