We've lived here for almost a year and the only good experience is the neighbor across the hall. The maintenance when you call it in doesn't get reported, so you have to call 5 times, when they do come out the guys tell you how you can make stuff work and why they aren't going to fix it yet again. The lights in the kitchen are held up by tape, both lights have fallen at least twice, and the bars in the bathroom keep fallen down if you put anything on them. The guy wouldn't fix our dish washer it flooded the kitchen and now we have to pay the damage for the floor. Floors are gross, if your allergic to cats don't come here if there has been a cat in the apartment in the past you know, the apartments were clean besides, front doors just replaced and painted, so we're finally not heating the hall. Over the summer we had a horrible bug infestation, huge bugs were every where and we kept calling them, but the problem was never fixed I actually just found another in the bedroom where I sleep not to mention in my bed. Then nats came in, that wasn't takin care or either. They do spray every month in the kitchen for bugs, the guy that does that is really helpful if you ask him about the bugs. Find out if the people above you have kids, the staff won't do a thing if the tenants around you are loud, no matter the time. I've had mult. probs with the staff, very fake. Parking is horrible, it's not assigned so there is none. People constantly have friends stay for months on end with mult. cars. Supposed to have 2 cars max, I've seen more and for people with kids that's the worst. They maintain the grounds well in the summer, but everything is iced over in the winter. Beyond dangerous, I've seen pregnant women fall, another woman broke her elbow, and was given a bag of salt to salt it herself. Laundry room, and pools very clean and well-kept. They upped water on us in the middle of our lease, and are upping rent by ten. They have charged us an extra $15 dollars for our infant daughter who doesn't really use water. People are supposed to go 10mph in the complex it's a miracle someone hasn't crashed with how they peel around the corners here. One guy hit ice and almost took out 3 cars. Bad neighborhood to boot, every week the police are called for some reason or other. Some guy had his lights on his car smashed and his tires slashed, fights, threats with knives, domestic probs. etc. I can't wait to move from here!
P.S. Check out the sex offender list since there is a bunch in the complex. The staff constantley lies, unless it's to get something out of it, beware Te'Asha especially. (sorry if mis-spelled)
