I've lived here for over a year and everything was great in the first year. Until they recently got a new staff. This staff they have now are so goody goody and if you don't meet they're standards you're not gonna get in. I doubt I would have been able to get an apartment if they were here when I signed my lease. The guards at the guard shack are mainly nice except for this one, I have came in numerous times with my mom and everytime he asks me which apartment I'm at. I once had a guy come running to me and asked me if he could use my phone because he was just robbed at gun point in his own apartment. They say its safe to live here but anybody can walk in, If anything is broken its always your fault. In the winter you have to put plastic over the windows so all the cold air won't come in, at the top of my door that enters the apartment there is a gap that lets cold air in or hot air in. The air conditioner only cools the front room and kitchen it doesn't reach the bedrooms, bugs crawl in from the windows and get into your apartment. They don't always let you know when somebody is comming into your apartment, I came home one time and my whole tv stand and the tv was moved from where it should have been, they didn't let me know anybody was comming and whoever moved the stuff didn't bother putting it back. I have never seen so many empty apartments out here until the new staff came in. They put a note in the guardshack about my boyfriend saying "He's a bad apple etc." they have never even talked to him! Even some of the employees here are unsatisfied with the new staff. If you have a little baby they still charge for water for the baby, even though we all know babies dont use alot of water! Locks are very easy to break into, the lady that lives under me opens her windows in the morning and she is completely naked. I had a friend over a couple times whos said that he has seen her do that more than once. People blast they're music to all hours of the night, People also hammer stuff into they're walls late at night also. If anybody in your apartment complex has cats, I'm just gonna say sorry, because alot of them let they're cat litter stink up the hall. I've seen bugs crawl from the hallway under my door. Def. not a place I recommend.
