This is one of the few apartments in this town. Which probably explains why they are able to lease the apartments. An earlier review mentions the lack of ice removal and lack of maintenance, I have experienced both. Try to rent elsewhere if you can. The windows are very drafty (you'll have to put plastic over them in the winter), repairs are not made, trash is not picked up (beer bottles and trash are in the yard right now), and if your neighbor smokes, the smoke will be in your apartment too. Your neighbor lights a cigarette and you will smell it in your apartment every time. Try to find out if those living near you smoke before picking your apartment. Management does not enforce any of the many rules they'll tell you about before you lease here. I will be moving on as soon as possible and hope you can benefit from this knowledge, which I wish I had before moving here.
