These people are out there, the staff used to be so friendly and nice before sharp sold the apts to someone else, I was paying 1226 a month for a 2 bedrm w a detached garage and as soon as the rent was 1 day late they would call and demand it and be very rude. The freezer on the fridge started acting up in nov. 08, all they did was clean the coils, which worked for about a month or so, and in january 09 it started not keeping ice, it was always melted, it would come and go it would work for a week and stop, I kept complaining about it, and they said they'd have a fridge guy come out and look at it. I was home for 2 DAYS and nobody came, well needless to say its august 31st now and I've been moved out for about 2 weeks I went back the other day to clean up and there is now MOLD all over the freezer...you'd figure a place that takes 1226 a month can replace a $300 dollar fridge. They're useless, I was on a month to month lease and have had it up to here with them so at the end of june I told them I signed a lease to leave in august, well they stuck me with ------- fine print saying I owe them 60 days notice, on a month to month...do u believe that' so I owe for aug as well even though I haven't resided there since about the 5th I would avoid them completely, they were nice for 2 years, ice removal is also a joke they would just push everything infront of the garages or dumpsters..
