Everything here is not as you see it. Appearance isn't bad at all, units look cute. But, everything is the cheapest grade. Heating bills in Winter sky high due to cheapo glass in windows. No proper caulking etc. Cheap appliances that don't get replaced when they should. The staff acts like their doing you a favor allowing you to overpay for their overpriced digs. They are nice giving you the tour but once you sign the lease the fun begins. You are treated like a second class citizen. Horrid snow and ice removal. I guess they figure they can overprice the units because they are the only game in town, but there are plenty of other towns around.
