worst of the worst Stay away. Save yourself from the unscrupulous practices of the management of this apartment complex. While you are required to pay your rent every month, repairs will not be made and nothing you do will get them to make repairs. You will be treated as the problem instead

Look elsewhere Look elsewhere. The apartments are poorly constructed so you'll get cold breezes from the windows in the winter; if your neighbors smoke you'll smell it in your apartment; and you'll hear your neighbors for sure. Getting things fixed is difficult but it seems eventually

Don't do it! I am a college student who moved to Mallard Point to go to JJC. I, as well as my 2 roommates, went home every weekend and never had people over. The lady would call us about every weekend and start yelling at us for having parties, being noisy or having too many guests

A great apartment experience! We loved living at Mallard Point. Unlike the other people, our experience was very good. If it wasn't for buying our new home we would still be there. They offered us a great sale price and the apartment had many amenities such as the great pool and a washer

They won't fix a fridge These people are out there, the staff used to be so friendly and nice before sharp sold the apts to someone else, I was paying 1226 a month for a 2 bedrm w a detached garage and as soon as the rent was 1 day late they would call and demand it and be very rude.
