The Dump - I recently visited my sister who lives in one of the Olde Towne Apartments. The only reason why my sister lives here is because she needed a 6month lease. For a $1080 a month my sister is living in a run down filthy apartment. The ceiling is invested with massive amounts of giant flies! After days of complaining nothing is being done. Wouldn't recommend - I lived with 2 room mates in a 3 bedroom apt for 2 yrs. It's basically a college apt complex. Nothing fancy, outdated furniture, cheap carpet. There are your usual college drunks around the parking lot at night and people throw parties. If you want a quiet community, this place is not for you. Parking was fine, had a good spot every time.
