Worst renting experience of my life!
Awful upkeep. Didn't fix anything. Always breaking down and then they tried to blame tenents for huge problems that had been festering long before we moved in. I moved from an apartment on the square to a house and things just got worse.

ya i rented from sanders and co who took over for chuck vegas and campbells never fixed anything either last 3 months had the bathroom ceiling leaking from apt above us and then the ceiling tiles were buckling and molding and someone broke into the apartment. didn't fix it just evicted us as we refused to pay the rent and late fees until it was done.. leaving a family and baby homeless.
