This is the worst apartment complex in Charleston! They have this creepy maintenance guy that doesn't ever fix anything and the owners don't care if it is fixed anyway. Their office is NEVER open so forget about asking questions or having a problem. I started to hear rumors about this place having a problem with mold and then one day there was a broadcast on the news about them covering up mold problems! I am just waiting until my lease is up and then I am moving. I wouldn't even reccommend driving past Highland Place, let alone renting from them!
