This place is a JOKE!!! As the previous person mentioned, the mold problem is wide spread on the property. We have filed a class action lawsuit on these crooks. I have also spoke with Senator Dale Righter about this situation. I reported the mold in my apartment on July 8, 2006, as of today, they have not responded. The illegally removed the mold from one man's apartment three weeks ago, as of today, he still does NOT have a working bathroom. In addition to that, they told him after two days in a hotel that they can't afford it and he'd have to come back to his moldy apartment and they gave him a key to a vacant apartment for him to shower and pee. Yes, the maintenance man is freakin' creepy. I have confirmed that he is in fact a convicted felon. He was convicted of felony DUI in Clinton County Indiana in March of 2000. He violated his probation in October 2000 and had to finish his sentence in jail. He pled guilty April 19, 2007 for being in a drug dealers house last October, 2006.
