My stay at Lincolnshire was very nice! They also towards the end of my stay put in new windows and sliding doors. They are currently putting up siding which looks top notch. Neighbors are very nice! Manangement is nice. I never needed maintenance.

A few things to be aware of. After your lease is up you must sign new one. They do not except pets, which is stated on the lease and in the office. Tad bit noisy, not to bad. Lots of children, not necessarily a problem at all.

I personally had a great stay here. I am moving or I would have signed a new lease. The apartments and townhouses are nice.
