This was the worst living experience of my life. Not only was the kitchen falling apart, floor coming up, smelled, mold in the bathroom, closet falling apart and walls all torn up it was very loud and the management was annoying. They would give us like 1-2 hour notice to show our apt. maintenence people were there all the time but didnt' seem to fix anything. During the fall our apt reached 106 degrees for 5 days due to they couldn't find the time to fix our air conditioning. I would never live there again. I paid less money to live at a better apt the year before. If I had 1 more roomie I would have rather stayed there.
