I lived at Youngstown Apartments while finishing my undergrad and throughout grad. school. It was a fairly decent complex. I did notice that maintenance requests took a long time to be finished. The clubhouse had a distinct smoky smell which could be bad for business. Leslie was the manager at the time and was a very sweet woman. I would have loved to see the pool open up again. I have heard that an overhall of the apartments has occured and am sure that it has only made the complex that much better. The location was great because it was close to a residential area. It was a nice escape from campus but not too far of a walk. Because of it's location and the two sweet women that worked in the office, I would definitely recommend Youngstown.
