GREAT PLACE!

I have lived at Youngstown for the past three years. The management is great and almost always available at the office which is only steps away from my unit. I'm going to create my own word when I say that the noise level here is "uncollegely" quiet! That was one of the reasons I switched living locations and I have not regretted it! I have a 2-floor unit so I do not have to worry about neighbors above me being too loud. The laundry and mail room is quite efficient and the entire property is well kept. There have been renovations on some of the older properties so you know that unlike a lot of places in Charleston that don't care about living conditions (as long as they get somebody to foot the rental bill) Youngstown tries to make you as comfortable as if you were at your family's home! Parking is superb. Rent and utilities are very reasonable. I've had a lot of problems with my Montgomery G.I. Bill and have sometimes not been able to pay my rent for weeks after the due dates and the management has worked with me...and that has showed me a lot of class in itself. With only an 8 minute walk to campus, I would seriously recommend Youngstown to everyone! If you want to be in a noisier area, close to the bars..try Oldtowne.
