Youngstown has great apartments! - These apartments are amazing. I would recommend these to anyone. The Dump I recently visited my sister who lives in one of the Olde Towne Apartments. The only reason why my sister lives here is because she needed a 6month lease. For a $1080 a month my sister is living in a run down filthy apartment. The ceiling is invested with massive amounts of giant flies!

worst ever i lived at campbells aprtments for 10 months, and it was the worst ever. We had an infestation on roaches during summer when we moved in, no heat in the winter, and my bathroom was uninhabitable for most of spring. However, i still had to pay my rent! I do not think this

Good Starter These apartments are great for those just starting out that need affordable living. I did not have a huge problem with noise, however, I know that the tenant below me could hear every step I took. The staff is wonderful and very attentive.
