	I HAVE SEEN THIS FAIRLY NICE COMPLEX GO TO SHAMBLES. THIS IS DUE TO THE LANDLORD NOT WANTING TO SPEND MONEY ON MAINTANCE. I SHOULD KNOW, I WORKED CLEANING APARTMENTS TO RENT.THE LOWER LEVEL APARTMENTS CONSTANTLY FLOODS AND ANTS ARE ... more
