Unfair Negativity About Cherry Vale East! I completely disagree with the negative statements about Cherry Vale East Apartments. I've lived here happily for over a year now, and just recently renewed my lease. The people here are friendly, and I actually know a lot of my neighbors.

Gone Bad... When I first moved in things were great, then the owners contracted with Irent to manage the apartments.Plowed snow maybe half the time. Don't expect anyone to come fix anything other than major water leaks, and if someone does come... the hire very unprofessional

Has it's pros and cons Pros: The apartment is in a very convenient location and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. They say no pets but I myself and many others have a pet cat, and there has never been any issue. Rent is reasonable when split with a roommate, if you're by yourself
