Excellent Building with Good Management

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003
Although the neighborhood itself is rather noisy in the summer, this is an excellent value. The building is very well maintained and the management is very responsive to requests. The building and unit are very clean and attracts responsible and professional tenants.
