My girlfriend's father keeps a convertible unit in this unit. Whenever we go to Chicago, we stay there. For tourists, it's great. A stone's throw from the Magnificent Mile, 100 West Chestnut is a professional building. The lobby is very Frank Lloyd Wright with nice panelling and bronze mailboxes. It has an adequate fitness room, very nice laundry and a splashin' pool and hot tub. Thirty floors up is a sun deck which is great during the day and romantic at night. There is a trash chute and everyone who works there is nice. The doorman actually gets the door for you. The building is from the 70s, but I would've guessed 80s, although it looks 90s. A pleasant, quiet building with noise-proof windows, great views and a sense of home.
