100 West Chestnut Apartments

Not worth it! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/18/2005 Years at this apartment: 1993 - 2005   This place is the pits. I management is crappy, they try to put up a good front as being helpful and caring when in fact they are looking for a reason to charge you for some unknown fee.
