I've found the building to be decent for the price in the area. There's a nice gym and indoor pool. The lobby is alright, the carpeting is a little worn. The walls in the apartment are incredibly thin. We have noisy neighbors who we can hear singing kareoke at all hours of the night. The free breakfast in the morning is a bonus. The elevators, however, are terrible. If you're in a rush, plan on factoring an extra 10 minutes in to waiting for a lift.
Maintenance is good about fixing things. Some of the doorman are extremely helpful, but there are a few that can be moody. The office staff will lose documents and act like you're a criminal and that you never turned them in at all. I've found them to be rude and difficult to deal with.
I think you can find nicer buildings, but it's not the worst.
