We have been living here for over 2 yrs and decided to moved because it was very noisy. Lots of college kids party and loud. We moved up to top floor and dealing with music producer (that what he was claimed!!) he works out from his apartment! We did confronted him and he said that the landlord knew about it!! We did called cop couple time plus you also can smell pots from the end of the hallway!!! I know for FACT that section 8 ...live here more and more!!!..We work very hard to paid for 1 bedroom cost ..the price here isnt the best..You can find better location next to Michigan Ave...same price for 1 bedroom and better location. Make sure you ask if Section8 live in your building. The doorman is very nice and so does maintenance guys!!..

I hope this information help and I really wanted you to get what you paid for!!! BTW, lots of big dogs live there, not safe for small dogs ( I have small dog and a cat)

The location is great for convience. But the building is in need of repair. I live at this location and found that the section 8 people were very nice and respected the property more than some of the market rate tenants. It is unfortunate that these people are being label in such a negative way. I found them to be very friendly. People should't judge a book by it's cover. Being financially secure does not make one a better person or being poor does not make one less a person. Some employees are causing the problems between market and section 8 tenants. By notifying the market rate tenants that there is a section 8 program within the building. This is personal information. The employees are invading their privacy rights. It is not their business to discuss ANY of the tenants. This is unfair and causes tension. It cause me to trust them less. I felt they were not to be tusted. The real problem is the college students. They party nightly. Music is blasting at all hours of the night. They have no regard for other tenants who are elderly or tenants who must get up early for work. This is not going to be a happy environment to live in until these issues are address.
