Compared with the standard wall-to-wall no
character spaces available downtown in similar price ranges, these apartments are a good amount of bang for the buck. Cheaper than most downtown spaces, higher ceilings and wood floors, breathtaking view from the roof (which is set up for tenants to relax on). Kitchens are dinky, Parking is non-existent, and elevators are slow (and the only option for getting to your apartment), a few standard annoyances that seem to just come with apartment living, but the location and price can't be beat from what I've seen. Kim, the manager, is especially kind and helpful, and doesn't sweat the little things.
