I just want to tell everyone about this building because I love it so much. I moved into a one bedroom in August. This place is wonderful. I am a full-time graduate student and spend most of my time studying and these apartments are SO quiet. I am on a corner so that may have something to do with it. With the exception of the occasional slamming door, it is so quiet that I don't even realize I have neighbors. The apartments are vintage but everything works well. My apartment got an entire new kitchen before I moved in. The china hutches in the kitchen and molding on the floors add a lot of character. The water pressure is the best I have ever had. The staff is always smiling and are very helpful people. I have only needed a couple small repairs / help with maintenance but as soon as I wrote my request, they were at my door - filling it out the same day. I don't use the work out room so I cannot address that. The laundry - works fine, can't complain. There are no bugs. There are no smells. The building is an interesting mix of half young 20/30 somethings and half older 65 gents and ladies. Rent is easy - everything but electric is included. the walls are lead paint - heads up if you have a baby. There is ample closet space. Overall, for the amount of space, quality of building and staff and for all the perks of living here - it really is the best deal in the area. Friday night at 9pm you can be in your apartment working and not know you are in a big city but when you step outside you have all the hustle and bustle you need. i love this building. it is a great place to live.

Where did you get that they have lead paint from? It was in the rental documents that they have no knowledge of lead paint being used. Also, there are so many layers of paint on the walls, if there were lead paint it would be buried under about 20 layers. -current resident
