The apartment itself was very nice, lots of light, everything worked. Physically, no major complaints. The managment company, though, is a piece of work. There's a reason that Planned Property is the most frequently sued real estate company in the county courts, and the customer service is almost zero. Good luck trying to get their corporate office to call you back, and they have a sneaky method of trying to keep the "pre-paid" rent they get you to cough up at the start (which is supposed to come off the last month's rent, but they send you an invoice for the whole thing and expect you to remember to deduct what you already paid, which might be a year or two later, at which point most people forget). What a scam these guys are running.
I can't remember the guy's name in the corporate office, but if you have a problem, you'll end up talking to him, and he is, as our president would say, "a major-league a-hole."
Stay away from this place until they get a new management company.
