I had no problems From: katbaby7 Date posted: 6/1/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I moved in with my boyfriend. There was no security deposit, and while we wound up paying more than we wanted, the apartment was clean and nice when we moved in. We got the model though so that might make a difference. After 2 months we realized living together was a bad idea and needed to move out. The company was very flexable, allowing me out of the lease and him to move to a cheaper studio in another building. I had very few problems here. The doormen were nice, when I had guests they always called up first. It has a bit of a dorm atmosphere and some odd tenants though. I was hit on repeatedly in the very very slow elevator and there was a man in a diaper roaming the halls for a week. If you're young and looking for a nice building in this area I would say it's okay. It has enough good to outweigh the bad.
