Avoid this building and management company From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/27/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   First, of the three slow elevators usually only two work. Second, if there is any kind of serious maintenance issue you might as well forget about the staff helping you, expect to call corporate for weeks before they even admit there is a problem. I suggest paying a little extra in another building and you will have a much better experience. The pool on top is always packed on the weekends. The only person that has any idea what is going on in this building is Orlando, the doorman.
