Apartment was clean and has a nice layout. Dealing with the office staff has been easy, and maintenance problems get fixed within 1-2 days. Noise is minimal. Elevators are a little slow. I have no real complaints about this place, it is just a good apartment and what I expect out of a company. I don't really understand why other people have had so much trouble. Heat and air conditioning work fine, we are able to keep our apartment at a reasonable temperature.
