My wife and I wanted to experience downtown while she was in school. This was the place! It is across the street from Grant Park. Near the shore and the museums in an up and coming area. The doormen were great (I hope George is still there, he rocked). The apartments were clean and maintenance was great. Get an apartment on the Avenue if you can, the views were outstandign from the 24th floor. There was a great gym and the building had many functions to get together. The only minus was the parking garage where our car got dinged a bit but outside of that we had a great experience there.

Another post by management? The maintenance stinks and I would not even call their broken down exercise equipment a gym!
