The doormen and maintenence staff are excellent. It is a very friendly place to live. Recently a lot of people have been moving out. The main reason seems to be the Manager. I don't feel that he is doing a good job. The units in the laundry room are always broken. The building is not being upkept like it used to be. There are missing signs on the emergency stairwells. A lot of the community building activities that we had are no longer available. They need to make the Asst. Manager the Manager. The garage is horrible. They did over $5000 worth of damage to my car. They were extremely unpleasant to deal with and the new parking attendents they brought in drive like crazy people in the garage. The damage to my car did not surprise me based on how they drive. They moved most of the regular parking attendents out, that were excellent workers. I didn't plan on leaving here for a long time. I am currently looking to move.
