As a resident of the building my biggest concern is not with the apartment itself but with the independently owned parking garage where the residents park. Since the garage takes no interest in protecting the rights of the residents in the apartment, it pretty much leaves the resident and the apartment management in a sensitive situation...I have personally had my car damaged by a garage attendant and the garage refuses to take responsibility...therefore rent at your own risk!!!!

I recently took a look at this building and was very pleased and also was impressed with the valet service but i haven't moved in yet, the parking situation is holding me back now...what do you suggest? Is there another parking garage I could rent from?
