In a nutshell the most impressive aspect of this property besides location are likely the views that many of the apartments offer, however the building management is simply sub par, unaccomodating, and disappointing.

I rented one of the costlier top tier apartments and was shocked by how I was treated by management who obviously lacked the capability to be professional, let alone courteous.

Despite how pet-friendly they attempt to lead people to believe, the fact of the matter is that they're not truly "pet friendly" as much as they are "willing to put up with a pet for a tenant, so long as the pet is kept completely out of sight". I had one instance in particular that convinced me to not renew my lease. I was literally told by the property manager, Randall, that even when the freight elevators were out of service as they were on one instance, I wasn't to use the passenger elevators to get up to the 35th floor with my dog (even held in my arms as I did) thus implying I either not go upstairs or take the stairs. When I got a cookie cutter citation slipped under my door I went to discuss the specific circumstance of the day - I felt as though I was talking to someone at the DMV that just kept on repeating "the rule" back to me in a condescending manner.

If you're "just looking for a place to live" this might be the place for you. If you're paying a premium and expect to be treated accordingly, go elsewhere.

By the way, the post touting animal friendliness is actually the property manager himself.
