Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
Its seen better days. The south side views of the lake are gone, construction personnel from the building next-door can stare into your apts. And there is alway construction noise from the buildings right next to 1130 and some buildings a coule of blocks away. Management is also replacing windows so the walkways to the building are covered with ugly platforms. Doorpersons are variable-- some awful and some good. Overall the awful ones leave a bad impression.
