I have lived in the building for about a year and I have been very happy. I live in the '15' unit and have a million dollar view of the city. Sure, it is a little pricey, but I feel I get a lot for my money. Everything is set up to be very convenient, and best of all, if there are any problems, a maintenance man is at my door within 15 minutes. Door staff for the most part is very friendly and the building is well kept. They just replaced my windows and the whole building is getting a more modern look, would recommend it.
