Sure, the views are great. But the management will continually disappoint you with their outrageous and unjustified charges. They raise the rent on you every new term and charge you UNMERCIFULLY when you move out.

My apartment was spotless upon moving out and they still charged me at least $900 for cleaning and brand new carpet, etc....and threatened to sue me when I wanted to dispute it.

I could go on and on for days about how fake-nice the management is to you until they have you contractually bound.

I had a fine time living there, no real problems with the apartment...just the criminal practices of who owns them.
