Absolutely gorgeous views, but so do any other buildings on Michigan Ave. There layouts were poor. My neighbor's studio apt's. stove couldn't fit a frozen pizza in it! My countless ordeals with the leasing office was giving me ulcers! One person in particular especially comes to mind. If this person spent a quarter of the time invested in the tenanats as she did in herself this building would much improve. I won't say any names, but stay away from the conceited latin/hispanic "M". And another thing if that wasn't enough is the building manager. Non-responsive, and if he does you can't understand a word he says. Don't believe me, call and ask to speak with the building manager and hear for yourself. If you live or lived here you know about these two I'm talking about! I was a model tenant, always paid my rent on time, never any really big complaints, enough was enough. STAY AWAY! DON'T SAY YOU WERE NEVER WARNED!!!
