I just moved in a few months a go and so far so good. I am not usually one to write a review but I was really impressed with Kristine, the leasing agent that helped me out when I rented the unit.

I never felt pushed into make a decision and she answered all the questions I had. She was very helpful in helping me make the right decision on renting in Chicago.

I just relocated from Idaho to take a job hear and it was pleasant to run into someone I had so much in common with.

With respect to the apartment, Kristine personally walked me through the unit when I arrived. The unit was full painted, cleaned and ready to go when promised.

I also had a mattress arrive before my move in date and the building was very helpul in accepting the delivery.

All in all, I can't complain. I have very high expectations and so far, my high standards have been met.
