I moved into this building in 2001. Granted, the building WAS in disarray, poor management and unprofessional door personnel, but recently the owners took over and it?s pretty much owner occupied. With that ownership ratio, the building is much better maintained. Young, professionals are moving in and new management has a better understanding of what it takes to make a building a positive investment. I recommend this building. The location is excellent and for the money, I believe it is well worth it.
