I have read other comments on how noisy it is. The only time I hear noise is while I'm walking passed other people's doors. So unless you're pressing your ear up against the door, pretty quiet in my opinion. Door staff = very friendly! Very safe building. Close to shopping, bars, restaurants, lake, everything! Minutes from loop. Red line underground one block away. Can't beat it.
