Since the building got converted to condominiums and the most of the tenants moved out, the building went through an amazing transformation during the last couple years.
It is now professionally managed by Sudler, new door-staff have been appointed and the Owners are taking good care of the Building.The East view is very nice, and unlikely to be blocked ever. The only noise which bothers me occasionally is the firetrucks which use the Lasalle Street as their main route.
